9. What is a Life Services Retirement Community (LSRC)?

LSRC is a new and unique concept created by Live Well Properties, the developer of Grandview of Roxborough, which provides Seniors choice and control in there retirement years. Unlike “campus style” senior communities, individuals in an LSRC have true deeded ownership and equity in their home along with voting rights in their Home Owners Association. There are no medical requirements for property ownership or residency. However, if health care and related services are needed, full menus of a la carte services are available and provided in the home. The owner will never be asked to move from their home to another location. Owners make their own choices and live their life the way they prefer.
